A central concept in Hindu philosophy, and arguably the central concept in the Bhagavad Gita, dharma is a moral code of behavior that follows from one's sacred duty to the gods, other people, and the universe.
In Chapter 3 of the Gita, Krishna states:
"It is better to do one's own duty imperfectly than to do someone else's duty perfectly."
With over 800 hours of Registered Yoga Teacher Training and over 10 years of personal practice in meditation, I am grateful to have the opportunity to share the skills and wisdom that I have developed from the teachings. Together, we can find an aligned practice that resonates with you. From this place; we can create, we can heal, and we can soul-build.
I currently live in Collingwood, Ontario, where I teach at various local yoga studios. I enjoy sharing my practice and love for yoga, learning, cooking delicious food, and travelling.
I cannot wait to meet you on your mat or in one of the other ways in which I share my practice.

Each morning will begin with a grounded gratitude meditation to help centre the heart and mind.
Nature meditations will be offered each day, supporting a connection to our surroundings .
Each evening will include closing meditations and group conversations.

Immerse yourself in the rich history and natural beauty of Tulum. We'll transport you to breathtaking cenote caves, ancient Mayan temple ruins, and unique opportunities to swim with sea turtles. Explore the charm of downtown Tulum and create unforgettable memories on these carefully curated excursions.
